Working alongside you we utilise our experience in plan making and development management to help you devise an appropriate strategy for your site. We will promote your land through the development plan process, co-ordinate and prepare your planning application and secure you a favourable planning permission.
We can also co-ordinate the submission of appeals and provide suitably qualified and experienced expert witnesses to advance your case for planning permission at appeal, including assessing the Council’s five year housing land supply.
An indication of our ability is demonstrated by the number of planning permissions secured for our clients:
- 700 dwellings for Hallam Land Management in East Northamptonshire;
- 535 dwellings for Bellway Homes in Tamworth Borough;
- 150 dwellings for Bloor Homes in Warwick District;
- 85 dwellings for Davidsons in Melton Borough; and
- 80 dwellings for Linden Homes in Huntingdonshire District.
In addition to securing planning permission for market housing we also have experience of acting for providers of student accommodation, retirement housing, and affordable housing.
